A thought leader in the Philippine HR and business landscape, Patrick is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and the 2023 Global Excellence Awards Man of the Year.

Originally from India, he moved to the Philippines to earn his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management and has spent 16 years scaling local tech startups. Having previously led Sprout’s Product organization, Kislay transitioned to the COO role in July 2023 to focus on driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
